Retake Creative Studio, operated by RetakePhoto LLC (“Retake,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), runs https://retakecreative.com and the Retake client and team portals (client.retakecreative.com and photographer.retakecreative.com), and provides real-estate and brand photography, video and creative services throughout South Florida. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information we receive through our website, forms, portals, email and text messages.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Contact Information: name, email address, mobile phone number and business or brokerage name when you fill out a form, request a quote, book a shoot, create a portal account or contact us.

  • Project Details: property address, size, access notes, dates and service preferences needed to prepare estimates and to schedule and deliver your project.

  • Account and Transaction Records: invoices and payments, terms you accepted, and your email and text-message preferences. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.

  • Usage Data: non-identifying information such as browser type, IP address and pages visited, used for security, site analytics and improvement.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as government IDs or health information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries, provide quotes and deliver our services.

  • Schedule shoots and send booking confirmations, schedule changes, delivery notices and invoices by email and, if you opted in, by text message.

3. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you opt in, Retake Creative Studio sends text messages about your shoots and projects: booking confirmations, your photographer’s details, schedule changes, delivery and invoice notices, and replies to texts you send us. Members of our photography and editing team receive shoot assignments and schedule updates. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share limited information only with trusted service providers that help us run our business (website hosting, email, text messaging, payment processing, calendar and file delivery), solely to provide our services and under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law or to protect our rights, safety or property. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared, as described in Section 3.

5. Lead Form Submissions

If you complete a lead or quote form on our website or an online ad (including Google Ads lead forms), your information is sent securely to Retake and is used only to follow up on your request or provide the services you asked about. Google may also process limited data in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.

We keep your information only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Invoices and payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. You may request correction or deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).
